I have 30 yrs experience. Although I do full-service hair my specialty is hair color, highlighting, lowlighting, etc. and cutting. I absolutely love my craft.

Note From The Owner:

Uptown Hair Studio was a goal of mine 28 years ago while attending cosmetology school. I have been lucky and privileged to know at a young age what I was going to be when I grew up. I have been blessed to encounter through my career a fantastic mentor, Mary Miller. Not only working for her but mentoring under her for 13 years of my career was the main ingredient I needed to start my endeavor. In 2010, this is how Uptown Hair Studio was born. I believe that the hair stylists and I at Uptown Hair Studio have created a professional yet comfortable environment in which our hair stylists can confidently do what we love to do, HAIR.

I love my career more and more each day! I have experience in many diverse hair textures. If I had to choose my favorite service, it would have to be updos and special occasion hair styling.

Linda Simon

I have been a hairstylist for 51 years. I bought my business “Linda’s Beauty Spot” in 1985 from Betty Gore. About 1 year ago I decided to sell and retire, but changed my mind and decided to become a part of the Uptown Hair Studio crew.
